Deze plant is een familie van zuurstofplanten die in Nederland en Belgi\u00eb in het wild voorkomt. Een aantal soorten zijn in het seizoen op de webshop van De Vijvermeester beschikbaar. Glanzend Fonteinkruid (Potamogeton Lucens) is een van de bekendste zuurstofplanten. Ada Hofman heeft het er al over in haar boek en niet voor niets. De Fonteinkruiden, met Glanzend Fonteinkruid of Glanzig Fonteinkruid in het bijzonder, zijn zeer goede zuurstofplanten. Ze zijn daarnaast uitstekend geschikt voor in de vijver. Ze zien er mooi uit, groeien snel en brengen veel zuurstof in het water. Dit komt door de vele bladeren waarin veel bladgroen aanwezig is. Door de snelle groei van de deze waterplanten zijn ze naast het produceren van veel zuurstof, ook in staat om veel voedingsstoffen op te nemen uit het water. Dit wordt omgezet in biomassa. Hierdoor krijgen algen minder kans en blijft het water helderder. De Fonteinkruiden zijn in staat om, net als Hoornblad en Waterpest, een speciaal stofje af te scheiden wat zorgt dat algen minder kunnen groeien. Ze zijn allelopatisch. Naast deze voor het vijverleven prettige eigenschappen, zijn het sierlijke planten welke ook het onderwaterlandschap van uw vijver een mooi uiterlijk geven.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Esp\u00e8ce Potamot<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On trouve plus de 20 esp\u00e8ces de potamots aux Pays-Bas. Les potamots sont originaires de la plupart des pays d'Europe et d'Asie et poussent m\u00eame au-del\u00e0 du cercle polaire. L'hivernage n'est donc pas un probl\u00e8me. D'ailleurs, il n'y a pas grand-chose \u00e0 voir en hiver, car la plupart de ces plantes aquatiques disparaissent alors. Au printemps, elles r\u00e9apparaissent. Malheureusement, ces plantes aquatiques sont en difficult\u00e9 dans nos eaux. Cela est principalement d\u00fb \u00e0 l'augmentation de la pollution et de l'eutrophisation.<\/p>

Toutes les esp\u00e8ces d\u00e9crites doivent \u00eatre plant\u00e9es dans un panier d'\u00e9tang ou dans un sol solide.\u00a0<\/p>

C'est l'esp\u00e8ce la plus connue et la plus utilis\u00e9e. On l'appelle aussi le potamot brillant. Cela est sans doute li\u00e9 \u00e0 Ada Hofman, qui utilisait souvent cette plante dans ses \u00e9tangs. Les belles feuilles presque transparentes produisent beaucoup d'oxyg\u00e8ne sous l'influence de la lumi\u00e8re du soleil. Au printemps, l'esp\u00e8ce est souvent encore un peu brun\u00e2tre, tandis qu'en \u00e9t\u00e9, les feuilles sont souvent d'un vert \u00e9clatant. Le potamot crucifi\u00e9 est \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de potamot fris\u00e9 et est tr\u00e8s utile dans l'\u00e9tang. Il s'agit d'une esp\u00e8ce indig\u00e8ne qui n'est pas inf\u00e9rieure au potamot brillant en termes d'oxyg\u00e9nation. Le potamot fris\u00e9 doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9 dans un panier d'\u00e9tang ; c'est une plante aquatique enracin\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le potamot flottant est un canard quelque peu \u00e9trange. La plupart des autres esp\u00e8ces ont leurs feuilles sous l'eau. Cette esp\u00e8ce, cependant, forme de longues tiges auxquelles sont attach\u00e9es des feuilles flottantes. L'avantage pour votre \u00e9tang est que ces feuilles fournissent de l'ombre. Les algues ont besoin de lumi\u00e8re pour se d\u00e9velopper. Gr\u00e2ce aux feuilles flottantes, les algues re\u00e7oivent moins de lumi\u00e8re et se d\u00e9veloppent moins. L'ombre permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature de l'eau. Plus d'oxyg\u00e8ne peut se dissoudre dans une eau plus fra\u00eeche.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le potamot rampant est une sous-esp\u00e8ce qui peut devenir tr\u00e8s grande. Des profondeurs de plus de 2,50 m\u00e8tres ne posent aucun probl\u00e8me \u00e0 cette plante oxyg\u00e9nante. L'eau doit alors \u00eatre assez claire pour que la lumi\u00e8re atteigne les feuilles. Ces plantes aquatiques ont des feuilles d\u00e9coratives qui sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus petites que celles de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 brillante. Elles conviennent parfaitement aux \u00e9tangs profonds.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
